Ascendra Solutions is a retirement planning practice operated by Jayson Crawford. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a conversation, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiry forms we run on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need in order to contact you and prepare for a conversation:
- Your name
- Your email address and telephone number
- Your preferred way and time to be contacted
- The broad topic you would like to discuss, such as a pension, a workplace savings plan, or approaching retirement
- A general description of your employment, such as whether you work for a school or other public sector employer
If you request a conversation through an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, that platform passes us the answers you gave along with the contact details held on your account. Their own handling of your information is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
What we deliberately do not collect
Please do not send us sensitive information, and we will not ask for it through a form or a website. That includes:
- Social Security numbers or other government identifiers
- Account numbers, login details or passwords
- Card numbers or payment details
- Medical or health information
- Pension balances, income figures or other detailed financial data
Where information of that kind is genuinely needed later in a formal application, it is collected directly by the relevant provider through their own secure process, not by email and not through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about the conversation you asked for, to arrange an appointment, and to follow up afterwards if you want us to. We may also keep records where we are required to for regulatory or professional reasons.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who may see it
Your information may be handled by service providers we use to run the practice, such as email, calendar and customer record systems. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to our work. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email jayson@ascendrasolutions.net and we will deal with the request.
If you asked to be contacted and change your mind, say so and we will stop. You do not need to give a reason.
This website
This site does not require an account and does not ask you to log in. Appointment booking is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, so the booking page is operated by Google and their privacy policy applies to it.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
No affiliation
Ascendra Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, school district, pension system, retirement board, union, or government agency. Information on this site is educational and is not tax, legal or investment advice.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
